※ For bug reports, error reports, inquiries, or suggestions, please use the **[Settings] → [1:1 Customer Inquiry]** feature in ALSong Mobile.

1. **My newly added music is not showing.**
- If you press 'Scan Music Files' in the 'My Files' tab, the newly added music will be reflected in ALSong.
The scan time may take longer if there are many media files stored on your phone.
2. **The lyrics sync is not aligned with the music.**
- In the playback screen, tap the **magnifying glass icon (Lyrics Search)** to find and apply alternative synced lyrics for the same song.
3. **I can’t find the shuffle or repeat functions.**
- On the playback screen, tap the **left button** at the bottom to toggle between **Single Play / Play All (Once) / Play All (Loop)**.
Tap the **right button** to switch between **Sequential Play / Shuffle Play**.
When the button turns dark, the corresponding function is activated.
